First Christmas Tree Farm Experience – Photography Session

This past weekend both my son Everett and I had our firsts: for him it was his first visit to a Christmas Tree Farm. And for me it was my first time photographing this experience.

I really like how the pictures turned out in a candid, lifestyle way, rather than the staged typical Christmas Tree Farm holiday sessions (with the whole bunch of props).

The weather in the Cleveland area is getting harsher, but it didn’t scare us! Sugar Pines Farm had a lovely campfire going on, and the vendor had delicious hot chocolate and funnel cakes. Yum.

Our little man made his choice with this beautiful and fluffy Christmas tree. It was big (see the baby for scale).

Cutting it was not an easy task, but you can tell this guy was a champ!

I had a lot of fun shooting my boys (and getting a few pictures of myself 😁), and we had a wonderful family time. I am so glad to have these memories captured to cherish.
